Canvas Learning for Informed ISD Parents
Issaquah School District has adopted Canvas as its Learning
Management System for grades 6-12. Canvas is a versatile,
user-friendly platform, used by many colleges nationally, including
University of Washington, Bellevue College and Western Washington
University.

I'm just a mom with experience using Canvas (as both a teacher and a
parent) who would like to help our parents get a jump start on prepping
for going remote this Fall.
As
parents of middle-schoolers and high-schoolers, we will need to be
familiar with the Canvas platform to help guide them through this
transition from face-to-face to fully remote learning (at least for
now). This group is meant to be a resource for parents to get up to
speed so we can support our kids effectively. Welcome to Canvas!
