As of June 2020, ISD had stated the intention of offering Canvas Parent to our school district. Canvas Parent is a related platform that allows parents to create their own accounts in Canvas to act in an "observer" role in support of their child. Use these resources to understand how to create and manage your account and how to best use this system to aid you in helping your child be successful with Canvas.
UNDERSTAND THAT SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS WILL COME FROM ISD IN REGARD TO SETTING UP YOUR OBSERVER ACCOUNT. But in the meantime, you can prepare and learn so you can be up-and-running when accounts are available.
